13.7. Replacement of the lower hinge of a forward suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove a forward wheel.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the spherical hinge to the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket and, using mount, separate the lower lever from the spherical hinge.
3. Take the forelock and on several turns unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist.

4. Using a stripper, squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

5. Unscrew a nut from a pin of the spherical hinge and take the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
6. Establish a pin of the new spherical hinge in a rotary fist and fix by a nut, having tightened it the required moment. Record a nut from unscrewing by the new forelock.
7. Install the spherical hinge on the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket and fix by bolts.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
