16.10.7. Anti-blocking system


 The control lamp warns about malfunction in anti-blocking system of brakes.
The control lamp lights up after inclusion of ignition or during start of the engine for several seconds. It dies away after the end of process of automatic check of operability of system.

If the control lamp at inclusion of ignition does not light up, after several seconds after inclusion of ignition does not die away or lights up during the movement, then anti-blocking system not as it should be.

If the control lamp of anti-blocking system burns during the movement, the car can be still slowed down by one normally functioning working brake system without anti-blocking system. It is necessary to address as soon as possible on the service enterprise TOYOTA.
