2.13.3. Installation
Arrangement of laying of a cover of the oil pump and external rotor in the case of the oil pump
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Using the screw-driver, take an old sealing ring of a rotor of the oil pump and establish a new sealing ring. |

2. Replace a forward sealing ring of a bent shaft. |
| 3. Establish consolidation of a cover of the oil pump and an external rotor of the oil pump in a flute of the case of the oil pump. |
| 4. Grease a shaft and establish an internal rotor in a cover of the oil pump, then establish a pulley and fix by a nut, having tightened it the required moment. |
| 5. Install a cover on the case of the oil pump and fix by two long bolts. |
| 6. Oil the piston of the safety valve pure engine and install all elements of the valve in the case of the oil pump. |
| 7. Install new laying of the oil pump on the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Install the oil pump on the block of cylinders and fix by bolts. |
| 9. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in in the engine oil to the required level. |
