3.7. Final collector

Prevention

Works on a final collector need to be performed on the cold engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

3. Remove oxygen sensors from a forward and back collector.
	4. Remove an EGR pipe from a final collector.
	5. On the engine 3VZ-FE remove thermofilters from an inlet collector.
	6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a final collector and remove it from a head of the block of cylinders.
7. Examine a final collector on existence of cracks.
8. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a final collector and a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Establish new laying on racks of a head of the block of cylinders.
10. Establish a final collector on a head of the block of cylinders and fix by nuts. You make tightening of nuts in several stages from the center to the periphery.
11. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
