| 1. Take a bent shaft from the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Clear a back part of an insert and the place of its installation in the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings. Establish those inserts on the places. |

3. Oil a working surface of an insert pure engine and install a bent shaft in the block of cylinders of the engine. |

| 4. Establish persistent half rings. On four-cylinder engines persistent half rings are established about the radical bearing No. 3, and on V6 engines about the radical bearing No. 2. Measure an axial side play of a bent shaft. |
| 5. Grease the lower inserts in covers of radical bearings with pure engine oil and install covers of radical bearings on the block of cylinders. |

6. Grease a carving of bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings with a thin layer of engine oil and screw up bolts, having tightened them the required moment. On the engine 1MZ-FE V6 at first tighten the required moment the lower bolts of fastening, and then side bolts of fastening. At installation of bolts it is necessary to use new washers. |
| 7. Check that the bent shaft rotates smoothly and without jammings. |
| 8. Establish a new back sealing ring of a bent shaft, then install a back cover of a bent shaft on the block of cylinders. |
