PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn a bent shaft of the engine so that the piston of the first cylinder was installed in the top dead point. 2. Establish a shaft of the balance weight No. 2 in the situation shown in the drawing the Starting position of tags of the balance weight No. 2. 3. Install assembly of the balance weight on the block of cylinders of the engine and fix by bolts, having tightened them in a certain sequence (see rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of assembly of the balance weight). 4. As the side play between a bent shaft and shaft of the balance weight No. 1 changes at rotation, measure a side play in four designated provisions (see rice. Turn a bent shaft of the engine on several turns and establish in situation in which the piston of the first cylinder is in the top dead point. Check that tags on assembly of the balance weight were repeatedly combined. 6. Turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise before combination of a tag of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 with the index (see rice. Definition of a side play of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1). 7. Install the indicator of hour type on teeths of a gear wheel of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 (see rice. Installation of the indicator of hour type for measurement of a side play of a shaft of the balance weight). Putting insignificant effort, turn a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 in the parties and define a side play. 8. Remove the indicator of hour type and turn a bent shaft of the engine clockwise until the tag of D on a shaft of the balance weight No. 1 is not combined with the index (see rice. The second and fourth situation for measurement of a side play of a shaft of the balance weight No. 1). Install the indicator of hour type and measure a side play. 9. If the size of a side play differs from the required values, establish laying between assembly of the balance weight and the block of cylinders of the required thickness.
