Removal

Preventions

You make removal of a radiator on the cold engine.

Do not allow hit of cooling liquid on clothes and paint and varnish coverings of a body. Otherwise wash out a surface a plentiful amount of water.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
Preventions

In the presence in the code radio receiver against theft, before a detachment of the accumulator check that you have connection codes.

On models since 1993 the system of the airbag of safety is disconnected if the accumulator is disconnected for long term. If a control lamp of a safety cushion it lights up and necessary to burn after repeated connection of the accumulator, it is necessary to address in a specialized workshop for maintenance of system.

2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
3. Remove the top and lower hoses of a radiator.
4. Disconnect a hose of a broad tank from a radiator mouth.
5. Remove the radiator fan.
6. On cars with the automatic transmission disconnect heat exchanger hoses from a radiator.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a radiator. 8. Remove a radiator, lifting it from rubber pillows in the lower frame up.
9. If the radiator was removed in connection with reduction of capacity, wash out its stream waters in two directions.
10. Outside blow a radiator compressed air.
